It’s Cool To Be Cool

Gartner just released its Cool Vendors list. The list highlights companies that Gartner sees as both innovative and impactful. DataGravity was named to this list for 2015. This is way cool (couldn’t help typing those words, but it is). Seriously, Gartner Analysts evaluate most tech companies, so for them to include DataGravity is an honor and its yet another proof point that people understand the importance of storage becoming data-aware.

I wonder if it’s our intuitive UI that make us cool, or if it was because of deep knowledge of the data we store. Perhaps it was because we can restore files seamlessly even within a VM.

IT people who see the product in action are amazed, they eager to see what’s in their data. It’s pretty cool to see their reaction, and to see frowns turn to smiles when they see an MRI of their data.

Our customers are finding meaningful and actionable information in their data. This is what’s coolest of all.

Later dude.
