With over 15 years of data security experience in various roles inside organizations as well as advising them, Andrew serves as the chief information security officer at DataGravity. He is responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s comprehensive data security strategy. Prior to DataGravity, Andrew was the director of research at OpenDNS (acquired by Cisco) and the director of applied security research and chief evangelist at CloudPassage.
President and co-founder of DataGravity, John Joseph leads company’s sales, marketing, operations and customer initiatives. John previously served as vice president of marketing and product management at EqualLogic, leading these functions from the company's initial launch through the successful acquisition by Dell in 2008. He subsequently served as vice president of enterprise solutions, marketing at Dell for three years after the acquisition.
Paula Long is the CEO and co-founder of DataGravity. She previously co-founded storage provider EqualLogic, which was acquired by Dell for $1.4 billion in 2008. She remained at Dell as vice president of storage until 2010. Prior to EqualLogic, she served in engineering management positions at Allaire Corporation and oversaw the ClusterCATS product line at Bright Tiger Technologies. She is a graduate of Westfield State College.
David is Chief Technology Officer for DataGravity. Prior to becoming CTO, David served as vice president of worldwide field operations at DataGravity. Previously, he was a member of the senior leadership team at Veeam Software. He also served as CTO and VP of professional services for systems integrator Hipskind TSG. A graduate of DeVry University, he is a frequent speaker at top tier technology shows and a recognized expert in virtualization.
Tim Sherbak leads product marketing at DataGravity, aligned to his passion for helping customers adopt new technologies and solutions to deliver breakthrough results. Tim has held sales and marketing leadership roles in some of the most pioneering companies in technology.
David Stevens is a Technical Marketing Manager at DataGravity. For two decades, David worked as a systems admin, doing everything from taking support calls to building out IT infrastructure to architecting new storage environments. Prior to joining DataGravity, he created technical content and evangelized storage solutions for Dell.
With more than 13 years in Enterprise servers, storage, and virtualization, Will loves to share his enthusiasm about cool new technology with customers and partners. Will has been a speaker at various trade shows and user conferences and is Technical Marketing Manager for DataGravity. He is a husband and proud father and is an avid football fan and gaming enthusiast in his spare time.
is a member of DataGravity's advisory board. He is Co-founder and CEO of Affimity, Inc. He was founder, President and CEO of Stratify, which was acquired by Iron Mountain in 2007. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Iron Mountain following the acquisition.
Joe Paquet is vice president of vendor alliance and relations for Axis Business Solutions, an expert in virtualization, storage, continuity and cloud technologies, as well as a DataGravity early-access channel program partner. Joe has 20 years of sales and management experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to Axis, he was a key principal in building a service division for a New England-based VAR.

His experience covers the entire portfolio of data center technologies including servers and storage, networking, support, installation/setup, project planning, managed services, cloud computing, and overall IT data center management.
